I am planning to move to Allendale the end of next month. And I was at my boyfriends when when I start to have tooth pain in my lower right side but also has hurt off and on before this just it was pain I had then. I wanted to get in asap I called the next morning and they were able to get me in that morning. And I was a new patient and Amy my hygienist was nice and friendly she help take care of me for my first visit and also asked me if need anything. I need to get some crowns and they had a cancellation for the next day and it work out perfectly for me to take it! I met Haleigh the next day as my dental assistant and she was so friendly, caring and offered me if I need anything. She gave me a head pillow! And it was so nice and comforting when she said she was going to be there for me the whole time especially when I have anxiety and take anxiety medication for it. And what top it off was Jessica she was so nice and caring as well she even went beyond and found me an oral surgeon to refer me to that takes my insurance! Especially when I have the crappy insurance and it’s hard for me to find a oral surgeon. Also Dr. Mike was my dentist and he is so patient and understanding and make sure I was ok and explained info well for me. Everyone there has went above and beyond, so down to earth and explained things well and was so very welcoming. Never had a dentist with this above and beyond customer service! Thank you all so much! I am glad to call you guys my dentist!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! With other offices in the past, I’ve often found visits to the dentist to be stressful and overwhelming. However, this place has completely changed my perspective. The staff here is incredibly friendly and understanding. From the moment I walk in, I feel comfortable and cared for. The dentist is not only skilled but also patient, always taking the time to explain procedures and ensure I am as comfortable as possible. They’ve handled my dental work with precision and care, and I don’t feel rushed or ignored. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially those who may have had bad experiences in the past or need extensive dental care. Also, Amy is an incredible hygenntist! She is very comforting and informative. This place is truly amazing!

Today was my first appointment at Grand Valley Dentistry! 12/10 recommend this place! From the second you walk in the door, everyone is so kind.

First I was with the dental assistant, Damika, and she was so sweet and made the xray process a breeze! She was very welcoming!

Then the hygienist, Felicia, came in and did all the measurements and gave me a lot of helpful information about what things I can do to help any issues. She scheduled a cleaning for me right there too!

Then I seen Dr. Doug! He is amazing! So kind, very informative. You know exactly what’s happening at all times! Very thorough with his examinations and wants to do what’s best for you and not uneeded things.

I’ve never had a better experience that what I did today!
