I took my daughter here ( she’s 5) and one dentist refused to treat her and said she is not co-operative enough to do a temp filling on her ( she hand on heart, just sat in seat and didn’t do a thing bless her ) the dentist look young and inexperienced .. she pushed into her tooth and pressed an infection all the way into her gums which later had her become very ill,, swollen with an abscess.. I called up the next day to complain about what has happen and asked for an emergency.. they gave me one and as my daughter sat in the seat all she could say is ‘ why did you tell reception I drilled into her tooth’ my daughter poorly as anything with an abscess and infection.. I asked her please just do something . She REFUSED to give her antibiotics .. and refused her treatment.. I booked her into a different dentist I had not been to before, who performed the filling and before hand gave her antibiotics.. the dentist said to me she was one of the most cooperative children he had ever had .. and what they done to my daughter could of developed quickly into sepsis as they refused treatment .. I’ve been told to report them to the authorities! To refuse my daughter antibiotics and be treated the way I was. I cried my eyes out in this surgery. The young girl was clearly so inexperienced. Please stay away at all costs! I’ve reported them and they are being looked into.. there services are horrendous

I wish I could put 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t, I had a cavity and they drilled down too deep that it made my tooth weaker, and months later that same tooth broke, plus the paste that they put to cover it DID NOT match my tooth colour it looked dark yellow and it looked awful.
Same with my mother she broke her tooth when eating she went here to take it off they Inject her anesthesia but they did It incorrectly because they have to make her wait for the anesthesia to work so she feels no pain but no they just injected her and DID NOT wait at all and just went for it and my mom felt terrible pain plus they broke the tooth more when they tried to take it off but, fortunately they where able to take it off after a few tries. PLEASE AVOID THIS DENTIST THEY HAVE TERRIBLE PRACTICE

Attended for an emergency appointment here today. I was met with a friendly smiling receptionist. Asked to go upstairs where I met the Dentist ( I didn’t catch her name) and her assistant. I was made to feel so welcomed by both and comfortable and at no point felt judged. I only felt kindness. After talking me through everything the best option was extraction. I cannot thank them enough for the care I received today and for especially putting me at ease. Thank you again.
