I recently relocated to the area and had to find all new medical care. I had been with the same family dentist for 30 years so I struggled choosing a new dentist. I tried a few places but didn’t feel comfortable with the staff and their marketing techniques. So I came to GE with a bit of hesitation, to say the least. But from the time I called on the phone to make the first appointnent, to being greeted coming in the door, to my deep cleaning done by the hygienist I felt like I was amongst friends. Everything from procedures, to costs explanations, to the various tasks each staff member performs, they are nothing but friendly & professional. I look forward to not dreading that appointment every 6 months now. Thanks GE

I was given my final dentures at this appointment. I felt like the dentist was rushed and preoccupied not truly addressing the issues I presented with rubbing and pain. Told me to try until Monday and call. Cannot even wear due to extreme pain and mouth abrasions. Scheduled for 1hr fitting and rushed out in about 30 minutes… apeared rushed and disinterested… almost annoyed. The next day I attempted to call emergent answering service and was told i could not be transferred to an open location to be seen that i had to wait… closed thu sunday is not an effective way to run an medical office.

Every since Dr Vasireddy left, the place is not the same. I may be looking for a new dentist. The New hygenist not good, it was a 5 minute clean. Terrible! Jeri who is no longer there, always did a great job, took her time and really cleaned your teeth.
