Reviews:
Despite everyone on the staff being really pleasant, I’ve been very disappointed by my experience with this office. I accidentally came in a day early for my appointment. But while I was there, I asked if there was any new patient paperwork I could fill out. The receptionist said she wasn’t able to pull up my paperwork until right before my appointment. I came in the next day for my 8 AM appointment on time. It took 20 minutes for me to be called up to then fill out six forms of paperwork. by the time I was finished and was called back for my cleaning appointment, it was 845.

After x-rays and the hygienist checking my gums, it was 9 AM. Then the dentist came in, Dr. Williams, and she was lovely. After she reviewed my x-rays and talked about my treatment plan, the assistant came back and said that they would not be able to do my clean that day and as a new patient getting a same day cleaning was not guaranteed.

That was the first time that was ever mentioned to me. If that is the policy, that should be mentioned upfront when you’re initially booking your appointment. By the time I got out of there and settled up I had been there for two hours with only x-rays having been completed.

I’ve had to move around a lot in life and I’ve had a lot of dentist. But I have never experienced anything like this. I decided to then go to a different dentist. After multiple calls and voicemail messages and which I couldn’t find anyone who I could talk to about transferring my x-rays, I finally had to drive down to the office in person. The receptionist told me they did that they do not keep any of the files on hand at the office and that would require a ticket to be submitted tothe corporate office. It would take another week and a half for my x-rays to be sent to my new office.

Again, I’ve been through this process unfortunately too many times and I’ve never experienced anything like this. it is hard to tell how much this is to corporate policies or the inefficiencies of how this particular office run.

First I would like to start this message was sent to Sharon. My name is Valtencia Snow. My daughter and I had an appointment at 2:30 & 3:00 PM on 8/16. We waited forever and when called to the back by the assistant we were immediately stopped by the hygienist. The person we were assigned to see that day had left and we had to be worked in to be assisted. The service both my daughter and I received was progressing until I couldn’t pay the 160.00 plus dollars for my daughter’s cleaning. Things went downhill after waiting again another type of X-ray was performed on my daughter. I understand it was almost time for the office to close the service Stopped completely and I decided to take my kid and leave. If this is the service we will receive because the type of insurance is the worst I was told…We will never Return! And thanks for the heads up.
The staff needs a lot of help with costumer service. I came here a while ago for a tooth extraction. The extraction went decent. But when I asked for my tooth back they refused to give it to me. OSHA does not make it illegal to give a patient their tooth back neither. So that’s not an excuse. And plus, there has also been many stories as of recent and over the years of several nurses and dentists at this place stealing patients money out of their purses when the patient would leave their belongings on the seats in the extraction room while the patient would be on anesthesia laid back in the dental chair getting their procedures done. Sickening. And I’m still not satisfied about what happened to me either. If y’all keep on having bad customer service like this and acting out of order to your patients you just might get shut down soon.
