GET A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF SERVICES & CHARGES BEFORE SIGNING. The receptionist and the Dental Assistant were very nice & personable; however, I’m not happy with how the visit was billed and submitted to the insurance company. I scheduled this as an emergency appointment because I could not get into my regular Dentist; I thought I had chipped my tooth (I didn’t), and they were able to get me in to examine my tooth. The Dental insurance confirmed the claim for this visit was submitted as a comprehensive oral evaluation & X-rays instead of a limited oral evaluation (problem-focused exam) and X-ray( So the visit was billed as if I scheduled and attended this visit to have a yearly check-up & establish care). I now have to cancel my annual visit with my regular Dentist for my yearly check-up because my benefit was used for this visit. I called this office once I spoke with the insurance company and was told, “I should have reminded the dental assistant to only X-ray the side of my mouth with the problem (chipped tooth), and there was nothing that could be done because my insurance already paid the claim.” So, when you visit this office, please reiterate the reason for your visit when you arrive (receptionist ) & when you sit down in the chair ( dental assistant ). It’s frustrating that I can only see my regular Dentist, as usual, this year if I pay out of pocket for my exam.

I’m not sure if other people are commenting on different locations or what because I had the worst experience with this location. They were always late to calling me back, which then made me late for my appointment. They didn’t tell me any fess up front, I just got there and it was like surprise this is going to be $500. I asked for information on Invisalign and never got it, I asked for a cancer screening and was told oh the person that scheduled your appointment must have forgot to put that down, and then oh the Dr. that’s here doesn’t know how to do the screening and then was told we have to make sure it’s covered by your insurance and we’ll schedule you after that. Guess what… I was never contacted to schedule. Currently looking for a new dentist

A couple of weeks ago, I had cracked an older crown that I had done from a different denistry from years ago. I started experiencing some discomfort and so I reached out to Dr. Kaitlyn. She spoke to me and reassured me not to worry, that her team would soon reach out to me to schedule me in to get it looked at. Dr.Kaitlyn took care of the broken crown that I had. I am completely satisfied with her service. Thank you, Dr. Kaitlyn and to your team for helping me out. I appreciate you all.
