I’ve left this office a few years ago due to BAD service! I tried to return, unwillingly, and looks like things have not changed. On July 16, I booked an online appointment for the end of the month, I got a call 15 mins before my “scheduled appointment” saying I don’t have an appointment & online scheduling pretty much doesn’t work. Then the lady on the phone will cut you off while you’re trying to make sense of what happen. I don’t understand how they knew to call me before my appointment to tell me I was not on the schedule.Wasted a FULL PTO day trying to get a cleaning, thanks for nothing. I will not be returning.

As much as I hate going to the dentist, GE makes it as enjoyable as possible. Super professional. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait for more than two minutes for my appointment. I have horrible teeth after years of neglect thanks to depression, but they’ve never said anything to me about it; they just treat me like a human being and provide the best care. Love all the staff here! Kind and compassionate and informative.

Tiara helped me get my whole family in for appointments at the last minute. We had to reschedule and instead of the appointments being pushed back further we were able to come in the next day. She was very patient despite having to sort through the accounts and different insurances. It was very appreciated.
