I had the worst experience here. Let me start this off by saying I’m one of those weird people that really enjoy going to the dentist.
The x-ray tech/assistant was nice, even though dental x-rays are extremely uncomfortable. She made it as painless as possible. The dentist, Ricardo Garcia, was also extremely nice.
Now, to get to why I gave them 2 stars. When you go in for an annual You normally Get your teeth cleaned. To my surprise if you’re a new patient, they simply do x-rays and a consultation and tell you what type of cleaning you need. However, They do not clean your teeth at that appointment. You have to make a new appointment and come back. The dentist then had the Check-in receptionist come back and explain a price breakdown through my insurance. The price breakdown was crazy high. I pay for the premium dental care plan. So I felt the need to ask questions. When I asked questions, the receptionist was condescending and unpleasant. She was very much giving, “Snooty mean girl”. To sum everything up, I left confused, sad and without a teeth cleaning. I only gave two stars because the x-ray assistant and the actual dentist were at least nice.

Dr. Agrawal was excellent and their office were super accommodating. So appreciate the receptionist who went above and beyond to serve my family and along with that, she was super sweet! Great hire at receptionist! She is who you want to be the face of your business and the type of gentleness and care she exhibited was unmatched! Thank you for helping my son and I who were from out of town.
Dr. Garcia was very knowledgeable and professional as he worked carefully through my treatment plan. Christian was equally as wonderful, as he was his wingman. That’s why I have been coming here for so many years. Always a positive experience and spectacular results in the hands of true professionals. Thank you Dr. Garcia, Christian and staff! Jessica
