Reviews:
I’m very disappointed, the worst dentist. No empathy for the patient. I was in so much pain and
I was referred to by 111 NHS.
My wisdom tooth had a large cavity and was infected. On my first visit after an x-ray, he gave me antibiotics and follow-up appointments after a few days for the tooth extraction.
On my follow-up appointment, he said I should have my large mouler tooth next to my wisdom tooth removed as it has a cavity.
However, I refused, but he would not listen, and I refused again, and he started arguing and would not stop each time I refused. I was in so much pain that I could not argue anymore.
I just had to agree that he could start and the pain could end.
After the extraction of my teeth, I asked to see my large mouler tooth it only had a very small cavity near the root area which didn’t cause any pain, so there was no need to remove an extra tooth that gave me no problem and could have been saved unless they get paid a great amount for each tooth extraction.
I have lost trust in dentists after being forced to remove my tooth that could have been saved.
There should be some sort of follow-up or accountability for these dentists by the NHS as patients that are referred to them at the time when they are in severe pain and distress and are in need of correct treatments not being forced by the dentist in a horrible manner.

I was referred here via 111 as I was in severe pain. After sitting in the chair 2 seconds I was told I had no cavities and that my wisdom tooth was growing awkwardly into next tooth (the one that was in agony). No x rays or proof. I was prescribed antibiotics and mouthwash and told to go. I was in the appointment no more than 5 minutes. I went away under the assumption they knew what they were doing. I was in sheer agony and paid privately at a different dentist who within a second said there’s a giant cavity and did an x day to show me. The tooth was subsequently removed there and then and I could fit my little finger in the cavity. I personally feel I was shrugged off as they couldn’t be bothered. And definitely either lied to about the cavity or they just didn’t do their job. Super dissapointed as I had a waste of a prescription and a week in pain that was unnecessary. I would avoid this place at all costs.
I visited this practise and was given the most brilliant service. I had a retained tooth that no one els would take care of and my dentist at this practise helped me straighten my smile, I was absolutely delighted with all the dental staff that helped me, I have read the other reviews and I dont understand what they are talking about, excellent service keep it up.
