Reviews:
Lack of Organization: There was a noticeable lack of organization, leading to confusion about appointment times and procedures.
Poor Communication: I found communication to be inadequate, with little clarity provided about the treatment plan and associated costs.
Unprofessional Conduct: Regrettably, there were instances of unprofessional conduct from staff members, which is unacceptable in any healthcare setting.
As a result of these shortcomings, my family has chosen to leave your office feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of care provided. It is crucial that such issues are addressed promptly to uphold the reputation and trust of your practice. We were patients for 15yrs plus of the previous dentist and never had any issues they were FANTASTIC!!
I hope that by bringing these matters to your attention, you can work together as a team to improve the overall patient experience at your office.
1. Constant changes to appointment times. Prior to my last appointment I had a multitude of texts messages to confirm my appointment with each text the appointment time would change.
2. They are constantly behind. My last appointment they were 25 minutes behind schedule. I have also brought a younger family member in for an appointment when they open at 8:30 to which they were also late.
3. They require extra and unnecessary procedures to be done prior to completing any routine dental work. I have never heard of needing a full exam by the dentist prior to a routine cleaning.
I have heard multiple people talk about their own bad experiences with this practice. To me it seems as if they are trying to get you for all the money they can. I will gladly be finding a new dentist.
They told me that I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment for at least a month, but I don’t see how I’m supposed to wait that long with a toothache.
Tooth pain aside though, I’m not sure why they are spamming me and my neighbors’ mailboxes if they are so busy that they can’t deal with an actual medical issue in a timely manner. Seems like they already have more than enough patients, just like every medical office in this town.
If you receive their brochures in the mail, this was my experience.
