I personally was concerned about my health as well as the cost I may be facing. I had spoke with another dentist office briefly and got a really bad vibe. I didn’t feel like my best interests were top of mind. I made the call here and different story all together. They tried to get me in same day and couldn’t, but first thing next morning. They were great from the reception to all the staff up to the dentist. Explained everything, and went out of their way to make me feel like a priority and kept me informed about everything all the way. I have found a dentist. I can’t say how much I appreciate everyone I dealt with. I feel much better already.
My experience @ Great Oaks Dentistry was a pleasant surprise. The staff was kind and generous to my needs. I was also impressed that my file was read before I was seen. Yes, you would think that your file would be read before seen, but I have experienced the opposite at other Dentistry offices. So, I appreciate Great Oaks Dentistry staff in demonstrating their professionalism. I felt that my oral healthcare was taken to a level of high importance and of prominent interest. Thank you Great Oaks Dentistry Staff for taking care of my needs not only physically but emotional as well.
