Today I had my second round of teeth cleaning and it was done again by Julie Poulin , At Grebe Dentustry, in Val Caron. Julie is one of the Hygenist professionals. Julie was beyond patient and totally wonderful. She is very careful and gentle and tries to make a difficult job with tarter and Sore gums as pleasant as could be!! She also takes however much time is needed. I have had several hygienists over the years, but Julie was over and above amazing! She listens and absorbs all you tell her and takes action with any issues with the dentists immediately. She remembers you and your personal needs. By far the Best you will find in dental hygiene work for people with painful swollen gums! Don’t hesitate to call and book with Julie/Hygenist at Grebe Dentistry in Val Caron, Ontario!

Terrible place they make appointments and cancel the day of repeatedly in a row. My filling fell out within the first week. They made me wait so long to get the work done so I could get my images that my coverage ran out and now I’m missing several teeth and can’t afford to get them fixed because my coverage ran out. They have zero care or remorse for this. They’re worms sucks and there service is even worse. Like I said I had several appointments canceled in a row the day of the appointments. They were informed of the urgency of the appointments and told me not to worry then canceled and canceled and canceled my appointments and now I look like a toothless crackhead due to there unprofessionality and the teeth I still do have have fillings that have fallen out. Do not waste your time here!
Lovely front desk staff, clean and modern office. Dentists take the time to speak with you and have a good bedside manner. The most important though: they are so thorough! What a night and day experience from previous offices we’ve visited. Big thank you to the amazing hygienist, Sherry. She listened to all our concerns and took the time to check, explain and discuss everything. I’ll be recommending this office to everyone.
