October 13 – November 4th 2022 I had a right lower bridge replaced and requested it be zirconia instead of other types due the more translucent and much stronger material.

I even suggested the lab brand

I was told they had their own lab

When it was put in place they provided no clearance for flossing that most good dentists allow for to ensure good hygiene.

Today the rear tooth of the appliance shattered against a natural top tooth as I bit down on a normal piece of food… shattered.

Bridges are supposed to last for decades and if Green Apple Dentist put in the requested Zirconia bridge, it never would have shattered less than two years later.

I paid premium prices, as they are not cheap by Philippines standards and Just because you pay more doesn’t mean you get more from them. In fact the opposite I came to find out.

So not only did they give me a different appliance than I requested, it was the cheapest product on the market, the lack of clearance did not support good dental hygiene even with Waterpik

I am now having to replace an appliance that in all realisticness should have lasted decades.

Green Apple Dentist are a showboat dentist more on trying to impress you with their space age hygiene protocols but their dentistry lacks a lot to be desired in serving their patients health in dentistry needs.

They should have spent less time on your dressing up for show on the spec 100 hygiene and actually learn to do proper dentistry.

I’ll be sending them an invoice for the damage and repairs and looking into having their operations audited by regulators as well as remedies to stop them from their “bait and switch” services and products.

They probably figured since I wasn’t Filipino that I would only be in the country a short time and whatever they put into my mouth would be out of the country and out of their mind.

Big mistake for trying to cheat your patients.

Because eventually one like me will require you to answer for your actions

I have been a patient of this clinic since 2015. I am more than satisfied! My dentist (Dr. Amodia) took good care of me since day 1 until I had my braces on and off and until now. She was out for maternity leave recently and I have a schedule for my regular cleaning. I hesitated at first to have another doctor. But then I said, this is Green Apple, I trust not only my doctor but Green Apple. I had another doctor and he was nothing short of impressive. Dr. Liza, he is young yet he is already very good with what he do. A very friendly and professional dentist. This clinic has great dentists. The money you pay here is more than worth it. You are guaranteed to receive a wonderful service you deserve from the front desk to their assistants and their doctors.

Green Apple in Ayala is my go-to place for my dental needs. Dr. Cinco has been taking care of my teeth for about 3 years now. She is very thorough in her procedure and very professional as well. She makes sure that all aftercare instructions are properly discussed with the patient. I have had general cleaning as well as tooth extractions done by Dr. Cinco.

One of the things that I love and keep me coming back to Green Apple is the ease with which to book an appointment. The reminders a day before and on the day of the appointment are a nice touch.

The price of the services are pretty much on par with the other dental clinics out there. It’s the guarantee of excellent service that keeps me loyal to Green Apple.
