Okay we will discuss a lot of factors here.
I’ve been waiting to do this review for years now.
FYI, I was employed by this clinic before and I’m not making this review for any benefits.
First, don’t come without appointment.
Second, know what or which treatment you really needed. If not sure, state your concerns to the receptionist either with Ghazal or Beth. They know which doctor to recommend.
Third, if 1st and 2nd step is done, get your treatment and follow the doctor’s instructions. And they mean it. Example, If you have ortho treatment, diligently FOLLOW Dr. Thaer’s instructions. Come on your monthly adjustments and etc.
I am currently doing my treatment with him and I can say that my treatment is really doing well and if my work schedules are inline with the doctor’s schedule, I might be done with my braces long time ago.
Back to the doctors…
There are different Doctors as per each person’s preferences. And I personally adore Dr. Ahmed, Dr. Thaer, Dr. Abdulla, and Dr. Ahlam.
Dr. Ahmed is popular and great in many things, Dr. Thaer= superb in Braces, Dr. Abdulla works magic especially in root canals and have such gentle hands and very patient doctor, Dr. Ahlam is a graceful and light handed doctor as well, as if nothing happened after your treatment.

There are other doctors which are very underrated as well. They have Dr. Rim and Dr.Maryam who are very considerate, gentle and warm with kids even though they don’t specialise in pedodentistry.
Clinic have ups and downs, which is normal in every establishments/hospitals/companies. Treatments are not cheap, but in a normal range.
But rates are fair as you are paying professional work from them.
If ever you felt that you are not satisfied, you can always speak up to your doctor, and trust me, they will never fail you or let you leave those glass doors unhappy.
Downside, you might wait for sometime especially if there are emergency cases such as surgery, etc.
Always coordinate with your doctors and the reception to book your appointments in advance, especially in peak seasons.
Laboratory works such as (dentures, crowns, veneers etc) might take a while as the clinic does not own their own lab. They coordinate with another party and sometimes lab cases will come from other Emirates.
In short, aside from money, sometimes, you needed extra patience if ever you might wait.
In overall, these doctors take your treatments as achievements and their work of art in dentistry with passion. Hopefully they continue to grow and prosper in many years to come and with the same doctors in it. All the best!

i recently had an urgent medical situation and was seen by Dr. Abdulla , I arrived to the clinic late and he was just finished his last appointment, even though he accepted to see me .

I really appreciate the efforts from his side and although his working hours finish , he stayed to treat me and provided exceptional care. His dedication and expertise are truly remarkable, making him the best in the clinic. My name is Bakheeta Al-Rumaithi. I had braces in 2020 and my teeth were in a state of disrepair, and today they were removed by Dr. Thaer Issa. From personal experience, the best doctor I have dealt with so far, and I recommend all my relatives to go to him.
