Everything was good when I and my whole big family switched to this neighborhood clinic.
About a month ago, two of my 3 yonder kids had planned treatment, and there were left some other things to do. I asked to email me a possible date and time, but I told them not to book anyone to a particular week, as I must probably be in another continent.
I never received any emails or phone calls from them after.
Obviously, I flew to another continent for work in place without good cellular reception and very poor internet.
Suddenly, I got reception a day after with the message about 2 appointments to my kids. I texted back right away that there’s a mistake as I never received any offerings about an appointments and I never confirmed it.
My wife was charged for 2 missed appointments without any explanations, and I realized it later from my credit card statement.
I talked to Anjie many times over the phone, but she only offered me $50 discount. I asked to switch me to her manager, and my request was denied .
Just want to share my experiences of very good 5 (maybe even 6) patients with two fully loaded dental insurances.
I have all the recordings of our conversations via emails with screenshots and everything else that proves my true.
But it looks like these guys don’t care much about their customers and don’t want to fix their website email but only want a small amount of money because of “policy”.
If any stakeholders are reading this, please feel free to contact me, as I gave up. I can survive from $100 losses.

I never booked these two appointments. I was never informed about dates and times. Furthermore, you never contacted me and didn’t ask if I would be available. Please stop blaming me for your technical issues and lack of proper procedures for communication with the customers. It was very simple task, send email, get confirmation. No confirmation in a day – pickup the phone and call. Two minutes for all tasks per customer.
If you take it seriously, you won’t see my feedback or you might see it with more stars.
