The care that I have received from the dentist at this facility and the receptionist have been amazing i used to have so much dental anxiety that I had to take anxiety pills before I went to the dentist. I required the laughing gas before each appointment because it was so bad, the doctors and the receptionist have been so patient so kind and even just willijg to talk to me on the phone for a few minutes to chat when I call to update something or review something. Not once have I ever felt rushed either in an appointment or on the phone. Green Bay Smiles unlike is very patient and also listens to your questions and concerns and takes the extra time to make sure you are heard. (Even if it’s not dental related) but they are freaking just amazing. They are awesome beyond the top. It’s hard to find Dentist that is not in it just for the money. The cleanliness of the facility and the setting of the facility are amazing Not be able to smile I was so depressed and My teeth looked really bad however, now I have Gotten my partials, as well as my teeth, looking amazing like over the top and a matter of A few weeks She puts very detailed work into your teeth, as well as cares about them just as much as she cares about Her own depression has significantly improved as well as self-esteem due to their care. I will forever be thankful for these doctors as well as the receptionist because they make a difference as well. I’m so happy to have my “smile” back and not be embarrassed about smiling with my teeth. And I’m finally able to eat normal again with my partials. Thank you Green Bay smiles for improving my life so much!! Keep up the amazing work!!

My former dentist is retired, so changing to a new dentist, I wasn’t sure how everything would go. However, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very helpful and made us both feel confident. I had set up the appointment because I had a cracked crown and had lost most of the tooth. Dr. Messer was able to remove the rest of the tooth during that appointment and everything went well. I’m very happy that I chose her to be my new dentist!

Dr Messer and her team are ALL amazing. From her to the dental hygienist, to the receptionists. They are very professional, give options for dental work, caring,amazing dental work,and friendly! I have been going to her for over 3yrs with an extreme amount of dental work done,wish I found her years ago. I 100% recommend her & her team.
