I have been debating rating Green Park Dental Practice for some time now, but I have always had good service with nothing more to elaborate on. In previous appointments Dr Smillie has been nothing but professional. I particularly like the time he takes to really explain what it is he is doing/looking for, the diagrams are a bonus. I had an experience at the practice today that had me left feeling a little anxious and it would have been easy for me to leave a negative review, but out of unfortunate circumstances came compassion from a receptionist who supported me to rebook another appointment with another member of staff for a later date and who checked on me after appearing visibly upset. It is because of my previous interactions with Dr Smillie and today, with the reception team that I will return and why I cannot leave anything other than a five star review.

Very bad . I just called asking price for wisdom teeth removal . NHS 111 told me to call them , anyway they say they don’t take appointments referred from nhs but if I want private consultation it’s 200 pounds to see dentist . I say that’s fine , however , can you roughly let me know how much cost a wisdom teeth extraction , so I know if it’s worthy coming for a consultation as the range vary a lot it can be 200 per teeth or 700 per teeth , anyway she says they can not know until I make the assessment but what’s the point of coming for an assessment if she doesn’t give me an roughly price of the treatment so I know if I can be interested or no. Then she left twice without saying anything and I was waiting like 3 min each time for her to get back on the phone and we she did she hang up on me . Very bad customer service

I had a very good experience from my first consultation to right up to end of treatment plan including multiple fillings and crowns.

My dentist Dr. Sherry Mowla has been highly competent, thorough and committed to deliver best possible results. I was most impressed by her skills to make fillings look like genuine teeth surface and my new crowns are the perfect fit as well. Add to that, Sherry was very flexible and friendly, and visible; a real professional.
