I just want to say a big thankyou to the entire team here. The receptionists were lovely and warm, polite and went out of their way to help me with my stroller down the steps so a big Thankyou. The dentist himself and his assistant were amazing and really understanding I had 2 little monkeys and myself to be seen. They were absolutely amazing with my little ones. First time coming here so haven’t done any treatments yet but I’m sure they will be just as amazing. They explained the procedure I would be having so that was helpful aswell. Well done guys xx

Rude receptionist. Called 15 minutes before my appointment, it was the first to complete the registration, to tell that I am going to be late and she replied that we need to rearrange as ‘you can’t just call to say l am late we have a full list’, while rearranging my appointment she asked about the reason for being late, I told I am working as a doctor and had emergency patient .. she just interrupted me saying ‘No, we aren’t seeing you and you are not being registered’, and hanged up the phone!!
What kind of ‘service’ I would expect from this!!!!!

Gut just bills u up and then cancels appointments on uis own free will wouldn’t recommend this place gone down hill since been taken over over priced and the quality is so poor if I could go to a different dentist I would currently on my 2 course of anti bionics and 2month of waiting for a tooth pull due to him cancelling twice due to family problems,always seems to a Friday he cancels seems like he just wants a long weekend so yh would NOT recommend
