Patient of over 10 years (maybe 15? I’ve lost count), literally zero complaints. Very happy and comfortable experience every time I visit. Everyone is always so friendly and make me feel so welcome. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick at what they do. I also never have to wait for more than a minute or two (usually no wait at all) to be seen. Their text reminder service is a plus! Needless to say, I am extremely appreciative of all that Dr. Herd and his staff have done for me over the years. 100/10, would recommend.
Dr. Herd is an excellent quality forward dentist, and his staff are highly skilled, caring, and super friendly. I think it’s been close to 20 years that I’ve been a patient, and, on several occasions, they have seen me in an emergency, and delivered a crown in short notice before some overseas travel I had planned. Living in Coto, the office is very convenient for me.
My family and I been seeing Dr. Herd and his staff for over 15 years. They are the absolute best! Quality work while being gentle and always making sure you are comfortable. They are friendly, honest and I completely trust them. The office is clean and inviting with up to date technology. I highly recommend them!
