I WOULD NEVER & WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND GRINS & GIGGLES (I WOULDN’T EVEN CATEGORIZE THIS PLACE UNDER “DENTISTRY” AT LEAST FROM MY EXPERIENCE… I FIRST WENT THERE LAST YEAR AS A NEW PATIENT & GET CHECKED OUT & GET A CLEANING. I HAD 2 TEETH THAT I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT. I DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE FOR YEARS SO ALL DENTISTS WOULD DO IS PULL MY TEETH. SO MY BACK 3 TEETH “CHEWING TEETH ARE GONE.
BOTH OF THE BOTHERSOME TEETH “CANINES” on the right the tooth broke off flat across but wasn’t hurting at all. The left side wasn’t broken or chipped but was kind of loose & wiggled… I told the dentist assistant & she said she looked on the X-RAYS didn’t see anything like cavities or anything going on. So I was like ok & didn’t really think to disbelieve her… when the doctor came in I ask about my tooth & he said yeah because of you having to use more of your front teeth to chew you are going to lose them “THEY ARE ALL GOING TO FALL OUT HE SAID” I WAS THINKING OH MY GOD WHAT DO I DO?
Well fast forward to this year I went back in for my yearly cleaning & that left wiggly tooth has been getting worse so I spoke to his current assistant & she proceeded to tell me “WELL IT LOOKS LIKE THERE WASNT ANY X-RAYS TAKEN OF THAT TOOTH … IT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT BECAUSE NOW ITS ABCESSED & PRETTY MUCH SHOVED ME OUT THE DOOR. I HAD TO COME BACK & ASK FOR A PRESCRIPTION FOR PENICILLIN FOR THE INFECTION “abscess” I WAS LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME.
Well I wasn’t really sure what to think. Well I came back (MY MISTAKE) to have the 2 teeth extracted and it was a different dentist this time.
Two major problems
#1 the dentist injected me with Novacaine five times and I still wasn’t numb. Which everyone is telling me now that the dentist doesn’t know how to it’s the correct nerves for numbing. WHEN I LEFT THE ONLY THING THAT WAS NUMB WAS MY RIGHT NOSTRIL I FELT EVERYTHING I am a giant 6’6″ tall man, I handle lost of pain & this was the most excruciating thing I have ever experienced at a doctors.
#2 while I’m laying there & he’s trying to remove the right tooth it broke & HE NEEDED A TOOL SO HE CAN REMOVE DEEP ROOTS THAT SOMETIMES BREAK OFF & AS I AM LAYING THERE HE ASK HIS ASSISTANT FOR THE TOOL TO REMOVE THE DEEP ROOTS & SHE SAYS TO HIM “WE DONT HAVE ONE”
WHAT I WAS HEARING WAS HORRIFYING & I was in so much pain but couldn’t just get up & leave with my teeth halfway out. & HE THEN PROCEEDED TO JAM THE TOOL HE HAD SO DEEP INTO MY GUMS THAT HE CHIPPED MY TOOTH & DESTROYED MY GUMS. It was so painful… (I HAVE PICTURES IF YOU WANT TO SEE JUST MESSAGE ME)
After everything THE DENTIST-SAID GO AHEAD & schedule a follow up in 4 weeks to check everything out. I got up & walked to the front lobby & I just kept walking & never looked back. Please be cautious & I know it sounds weird but ask questions like “hey just want to make sure you have all the tools you need for doing my procedure”

Great dentist, great staff. Happy positive environment and they take Molina! He was able to give me a really nice smile back! He’s an artist! Fixed 5 teeth that had recession with white fillings. They look great. Thank you 😀
Back again a year later and it was an even better experience. I’ll keep going here as long as he takes Molina. I was able to get on a payment plan that took 5sec for issues insurance wouldn’t cover. The staff are courteous and kind. It’s a beautiful office, which is reassuring considering strangers have their hands in your mouth. It was an overall great experience. They were able to refer me to an orthodontist as well. Great people. One of the best to take state insurance.
I was really impressed by the way the staff were during my visit. The front desk receptionist/scheduler were very welcoming straight away. They were also very attentive to cleanliness especially during all of this. The dental assistant was also very helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS and it’s because I don’t like being there. they also didn’t make me feel bad for anything as far as poor dental hygiene goes. The rest of the staff were professional and great, as well as gentle throughout the visit. Appreciate the great experience.
