I cannot say enough about Dr. Gross and his fantastic staff. Where do I even start? Dr. Gross is exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I am someone with a high need for information. Dr. Gross ALWAYS takes time to explain every procedure and answers all of my questions (which are a lot). The staff is top-notch too. Cheryl helped me with an insurance issue that took months to sort out. She was pleasant and persistent with the carrier on my behalf. Everyone at this office is always so upbeat and friendly. If you are looking for excellent dental care in a welcoming environment, you’ll want to consider Dr.Gross. He is by far one of the best doctors I’ve encountered.
I was referred to Dr. Gross by a friend who gave him rave reviews. When I went to his office I was equally impressed. Dr. Gross took the time to answer all my questions (and I’m full of them) and made me feel as if I had known him for years. Dr. Gross is patient, kind and one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen. I went to him to get a second opinion and I trust him. In the past, I would get anxiety before my dental visits but having my filling replaced by him was the right choice. No anxiety and I am very pleased with the results. Thank you Dr. Gross. I’ll be referring you to anyone in need of excellent dental care.
I can’t imagine another dental office more pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable than Dr. Gross and his staff. Quick story: I bent my partial on Sunday and I called the office on Monday morning hoping they could slide me in for appointment at the last minute. At 9 am the staff told me they were booked but would do everything possible to get me in to see Dr. Gross. Long story short – I was seen at 10:40, the problem was corrected, and I was out the door by 11:15. What an amazing experience that was. I highly recommend Dr Gross if you or someone you care about is looking for a great Dentist.
