Went in Saturday at 2:15pm for a deep cleaning with exam and diagnosis but the lady dentist only checked a couple minutes which they usually do after each cleaning and that’s it. I don’t know what was the exam and diagnosis that I’ve paid for. I thought they were supposed to do an xray to see if there’s any cavities or at least do an assessment or evaluation if there’s any problem. It wasn’t explained well and the hygienist said I don’t need it because it’s not even a year since my last xray in June but I still had to pay the same amount. She didn’t also floss my teeth and the reception forgot the 10% discount which they usually do if you don’t have insurance. I was disappointed and I don’t think it’s worth it because I did not feel any difference compared to my regular cleaning visits. I don’t mind paying extra as long as everything is done.

Btw, I’ve been a regular patient here for years even after moving to Delta. I must say they have some of the best dentists like Dr Kia and one of the dental assistants Gina, and my previous hygienist Ashley, also the receptionists are friendly and nice. I hope my next visit is better than the last.

Even if this is the last place available do not go here. They will make sure they will ripp you off from head to toe. Had extremely bad experience where I went in for severe pain, the dentist din even relive my pain. As the pain was severe she said the extraction will be done after a month when they have visiting oral surgeon coming up. She din even drain my infection (pus) or did anything it charged me $350.
Its also very old and shady place
The front desk billed $80 extra by mistake when asked for the split she couldn’t give justification. Said as the system is saying pls pay 430 or something. She has no clue why and for what you are being charged.
Stay away

An excellent dental office with very professional and friendly staff and up to date technology. Conveniently situated at the Guildford Town Centre mall where there’s tons of parking. I’ve been a patient for a year now after switching clinics and I like coming here. Both the hygienists and admin staff are always pleasant and accommodating.
No doubt, Dr. Sarabjit Kaur is the best dentist I have entrusted with taking care of my pearly whites. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does and is beauty and brains, too! The best part is that they are able to assist clients with most dental issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend Guildford Town Centre Dental.
