It took my wife, nearly 12 months to get treatment on a broken tooth, after nu erous cancelled appointments by the practice and various exscuses they then gave treatment. After a few weeks my wife explained to me that the repair was not adequate, the practices reply was ” oh wait a few weeks for it to settle down ” .
It never did… plus after paying PS300 plus.
Now a tooth on the otherside of her mouth has an issue, which im surecwould have been spotted with regular checkups. She has now neen trying to get emergency an appointment three days, and now this morning the practice is SHUT. WHERE ON PLANET EARTH IS THIS GOOD CAREING BUSINESS.
IF YOU CANT RUN A BUSINESS….. CLOSE.

Good dental practice and highly competent team.
Should give 5 stars as deserved and use words such as excellent but I do not and rating reduced because often proven difficult to secure emergency / immediate appointments.
(Same difficulties no doubt experienced at every other UK dental practice – Limited dental time available in day v High demand)
Appreciate their work, shame such a nightmare process they implement for attempting to secure an appointment,
“welcome to guildhall dental care….we don’t answer the phone and don’t have dentists”
Still the most useless dentist in Lincoln, good luck getting anything other than checks ups. Heard the dentist slagging of a customer to the receptionist, decided to pont out the unprofessionalism only to realize the customer in question was me.
If I could afford to leave I would.
