Reviews:
Dra Althea Paz Hernandez is the worst Filipino dentist! I went to this clinic for tooth filling last September 2020 during the check-up she suggested to do root canal instead, but what happened was during the procedure she accidentally hit one of the nerve during the induction of anesthesia that causes nerve damage due to mandibular blocking which she actually admitted that it was her mistake. Also, when she saw my X-ray she told me that she can see a cyst or abscess in my lower tooth which cause me to panicked since I am already suffering from nerve damage and I am in so much pain at that time so I immediately went to other dentist to ask for second opinion I went to 3 different dentist and dental surgeon and all of them told me that it is not a cyst or abscess but a scar from previous tooth extraction I don’t know if she is really a professional dentist or what. It’s been 4months now still there is no signs improvement in my lower chin and lips it is still numb and I couldn’t feel anything. She did not even suggest for me to comeback to the clinic for further management not even a single follow-up. I went to maxillofacial surgeon and endodontist for second opinion because of the nerve damage. They cannot assure me if it wilI go back again to normal sensation. I am really disappointed because of her medical malpractice now I am suffering a permanent nerve damage.
