I’m terrified of dentists. I waited until one of my wisdom teeth was pretty much gone due to a cavity until I went in. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I’ve never had laughing gas, and they talked me into it because they saw how nervous I was. They took xrays, gave me laughing gas, numbed me up with some shots of novacaine [sp?], had cable tv going above me so I could watch it, placed ear phones on me so I couldn’t hear anything and pulled that tooth out super quick. I didn’t even notice it when it came out. I don’t think I’ve ever been more at ease than I have at this dental office. They also included a prescription for painkillers and antibiotics to help with the after effects. I got a bag with gauze and some good instructions on how to take care of the hole left after. All that for $100 is not bad. $200 if my wisdom tooth had been impacted. I am so pleased with the service, I’m going back soon to get some more, much needed work done. I don’t have insurance and the low cost helped out a lot. It did take a little while to get in there the first time, a couple weeks. After you pay your full bill the first time, you can setup payments for the following visits.

Dentist is wonderful and all the assistants are friendly. They work carefully and calmly for nervous patients. Unfortunately the front desk staff and financial policies are incredibly strict, no room for payments and very poor communication between front desk staff, dental assistants and patients. I was originally told by the assistant that things could be worked out for my emergency root canal and then found as the appts continued there had been no clear communication between the employees in general and definitely not with myself either. We’ve been patients here for awhile and have decided that we’d prefer an office that returns calls and explains costs clearly up front. We are so disappointed with the service and lack of flexibility from the front desk employees and have heard of much more accommodating offices in the same area.

I have been seeing doctor Hamilton since I was 8 I am 32 never had any issues then I call to make an appointment for a tooth ache possible tooth being pulled and the receptionist did not care didn’t try to help me get in sounded like she hated her job! I have never called and had someone who sounded like they hated their job so much and extremely unhelpful like she didn’t even care! I will be looking for another dental office as well as my children who have seen him since they were toddlers! And probably won’t make any further recommendations to people looking for dental care I will advise them to search a new dentist unless they don’t mind having to speech to careless uninterested receptionist!
