Horrible experience! I had to wait 3 weeks for the follow-up on my root canal treatment, which was done in a public clinic in Kamppi. They cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before the start (!!!), when I was already at the clinic, having taken the time off the work. The stated reason – ‘The doctor did not show up’. And, somewhat cynically, they offered me another time slot in 3 weeks’ time! Shameless!
I have an irrational fear of dental work and a low threshold for pain. But I have to say that this was my first time having dental work done where I literally burst out laughing because was having such a good time with this amazing dental team. (No sedation either ) Enjoyed excellent, flexible care and very kind, human and genuine service. Definitely recommend.
The service is very high end and professional, extremely competent. They clearly have your best as their interest. The customer service and the communication of the dentists and the nurses is on point and I would give them a 11/10.
