I saw Dr. Peter Le for check up and teeth cleaning on 19 March 2024 and he did a great job. The issue I have is that I was charged for an item that was not covered by Medibank and I was not informed about this by the dentist prior to them proceeding. It is unprofessional to not ask for permission prior to proceeding with a service that is not covered by insurance. I only found out that I was charged for the item when my annual insurance limit decreased after the claim was processed. I specified that I wanted only the service covered by insurance prior to undergoing the procedure.

Catherine at reception always cancels your appointment close to the date stating that the dentist has some other personal commitments. She is rude to customers and has no respect.
This is not the first time they cancelled my appointment. I generally see Dr Peter Lee. Dr Lee used to be great at the start, but since I am covered by private insurance I feel that in recent times, he is finding ways to create work and make more money through my private insurance company. Time to start looking for another dentist!

I went to see Dr Peter Le for a wisdom tooth extraction, fissure seal and teeth clean. He was very thorough and clear in his explanations prior to the procedure and ensured I felt comfortable before proceeding. It was a quick procedure professionally executed with precision. I did not feel any pain and felt at ease under Dr Peter’s care.
I would highly recommend seeing him. He genuinely cares about his patients and will be well looked after!
