I had an outstanding experience at this dental office, and I can’t speak highly enough about Stephany, the manager. From the moment I walked in, Stephany made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She is exceptionally kind, patient, and understanding, which immediately put me at ease.

Stephany took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions regarding insurance, ensuring that I fully understood my coverage and the costs associated with my treatment. Her in-depth knowledge and ability to explain the intricacies of insurance policies were incredibly helpful. She didn’t rush through any part of the explanation and made sure that I was comfortable with every aspect before moving forward.

Her dedication to providing excellent customer service was evident in every interaction. She genuinely cares about the patients and goes above and beyond to ensure that their needs are met. The front staff is nice and helpful! My appointment this month was rough, the dental assistant and dentist were rough…a cleaning felt like my mouth was being drilled and the assistant was pushing too much water in my mouth. Super uncomfortable that after my appointment I had to request a different dentist and the front staff was able to accommodate. Also, had to review my bill last year and somehow they coded my appointments out of network which forced my insurance to send me a check instead of paying the office directly. Recommend you review your bill and question fees you don’t understand.

Where do I start…… I started going here before I had dental insurance…. I was very pleased with the prices….Now a year later with Great dental insurance…..I’m still overly pleased from the front staff……Michelle, Galilea, and my personal favorites Dr.Mamsa….. and His assistant Emily….

For a none hassle, friendly environment, great prices and deals clean, safe, and comfortable office this is the place!!!!

FYI… I hate fingers, tools, and anything else that’s not food or my wife in my mouth!! Just saying
