I registered at Hanover dental practice as a NHS patient changing from a private practice which I had been with for many years.
I was a bit apprehensive about the change but from the first phone call onwards all of the staff have been so friendly, helpful and understanding. An appointment was available within a couple of weeks. The dentist Firaz was excellent fully explaining what treatment was needed and was happy to answer any questions I asked. I had a crown fitted painlessly which involved 2 further appointments both of which were offered at times which fitted around my working shifts.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the practice and feel lucky to have found such a great dental practice. Thank you to all.

Booked an appointment with dentist for cleaning my teeth at Hanover dentist, and waited an hour to be attended for the treatment and the hygienist called me in to the treatment room and in five minutes she finished the cleaning job and left all the stain on the teeth with visible improvement to be seen, and they asked me to pay PS80 for the privilege.She was rushing me with out achieving satisfactory result in order to carry out another appointment with another patient. I informed her my concerns and she seem to dismiss what I was telling her.
I don’t think I will be using this practice again and I suggest people check the reviews before using this dental practice.

Although my first 2 times here were a disappointment – having to wait over an hour past my appointment times each time – I forgave them as they were the first NHS dentist to take new patients on in years. Today I visited – they have had a full makeover, the place was clean and tidy. A proper waiting room and a pleasant vibe across the place. I arrived prior to my appointment and expected a long wait – but I was seen on time, was in and out with my procedure In 10 minutes and everything was amazing. I don’t review places often but this was deserving due to the changes that I have seen over the past 6 months. Please keep this up.
