Beware! They made my dentures huge. They gagged me & were lopsided & terrible. They charged me more money to fix their mistake. I went without teeth for 8 months!! My husbands dentures were even worse than mine. Huge, he was gagging on them. He went without teeth for months also. He was told to come in and they would fix them and make sure they were comfortable on him and that they fit him properly today. Instead the dentist decides he is not fixing them bc they are correct. The dentist actually yelled at him & said “they don’t gag you”. So he does not care about the customers feelings & they are robbing people!! We spent thousands of dollars there & this is unacceptable!! Please look at the picture of my first set of dentures and the second set. The first set should have looked just like the second set. You can clearly see they’re very different. But I was repeatedly told that they didn’t gag me either, that they were not too big for my mouth that I just wasn’t used to dentures. They will fight and argue with you and tell you that they do fit you and that they are right when they’re not. You will spend thousands of dollars for a denture that does not fit.

I called for an after hours emergency appointment at 9:25 pm. The woman who answered said she would get in contact with the dentist and call me right back. I waited for about 40 minutes and tried calling back but nobody answered. My husband waited over an hour then called and left a message. We never heard back. He was in agony all night long. Why advertise 24 hour emergency care if you don’t really provide it?

Do not go here. They are commiting fraud. They charged me out of pocket said I would be reimbursed through my insurance but my insurance paid them out and said for me to seek reimbursement through them. They have received payment and now refuse to pay me back the money that was stolen. The dental assistant is nasty and unprofessional. This place is a scam stay away.
