Happy Teeth “Isn’t Just for Children” and Absolutely the “Best of the Beach” in personal “Care” of customers and their patients family members!
I’m not really an internet tech person although I had to take time and leave this 5 Star review.
My children have been going there for years and we have high regard and respect for DMD Marlene Mendez and her Staff. We’ve never left a review and felt led by the Spirit to share and tell others about this Wonderful Dentistry practice in Market Commons. Here’s why now and regretfully should have done this after Every visit as Always they are Great…… Over the weekend I had pain develop in my jaw under my back molar. My son had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday and my jaw began to swell and I called prior to his appointment and explained my delima to Julisa at the front desk. She immediately spoke with her co-workers Miriam and Janet which scheduled me an emergency “fill in” spot 30 minutes prior to my sons appointment. When I walked in I explained I’d have to self pay due to my limited dental insurance. Elyssa took me straight back to get an x-ray. Marlene Mendez explained the seriousness of the infected abscess and then proceeded to heavily discount my bill to accomidate my limited finances that day in order to get prescriptions. EVERYONE there are ALWAYS Very Professional and Friendly to my wife and I and our children adore the staff. A Blessing because our children have never feared or begrudged their dentist appointments. I Had to Share my experience with others because in today’s world it’s Refreshing to know there are still “Good People” who CARE more about People than just about money. I’m actually So Thankful for this tooth pain in order to see and share the “Good Hearts” and Deeds of Dr. Mendez and her Lovely Staff.
They’ve truly earned our business for Life. I encourage anyone in the Myrtle Beach area to visit Happy Teeth and give them a try, to see for yourself, That they treat Everyone with the Same Quality and Care! With Kindest Regards we Thank You All at Happy Teeth!!

last week I had this place call me to confirm our appointment-I confirmed. They never said I didn’t complete the paperwork (which I thought I did).
I walk in the office fill out paperwork which took less than 5 min and I sat there with my 3 year old toddler in the waiting room for over 30 min.

it wasn’t until I approached the counter and said it seems that you guys might be busy. Why don’t we reschedule?
They say that they’re trying to verify my insurance (my insurance is the one who referred me to this place which they never asked).

They’re definitely needs to be a better way about this especially when dealing with pediatric type stuff toddlers can’t be waiting in a room like that for a dentist appointment. I told them I will not be coming back and I will go somewhere else that wants to make a good 1st impression

I recently visited Happy Teeth for some dental work, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Marlene Mendez did an outstanding job! I had a crown, a partial, and composites on my front teeth, and they all look fantastic. Dr. Mendez is incredibly skilled and meticulous, ensuring that everything was done to perfection.

The office itself is clean and pleasant, making each visit comfortable and stress-free. The entire staff is exceptionally sweet and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being.
