Reviews:
The front staff was amazing and patient. My dental assistant Dee was Amazing. Her personality was so chill and funny. She’s very observant as well. I crossed my arms for a millisecond and right in that moment she says ” Are you cold, would you like a blanket”? I was flabbergasted at the fact that a dental office has blankets , but when that fresh out the dryer blanket hit my skin all my worries felt like they were washed away LOL. When the doctor came in her politely introduced himself in a calm manner. Most doctors talk fast like they want to get in and get out they don’t really care but he spoke soft and slow so that every word was understood. He also has listening ears and a sense of humor. I cracked a joke about me having a little bit of wisdom after finding out mine need to be extracted and he reacted with a laugh….no a chuckle but a laugh. It only makes me eager to go back so my cleaning and anything else I could get done. I feel like I’ve found my spiritual people.
I generally do not leave reviews but this visit is an exception. I am a fair person and I try to always think positive, but either it was my hygienist, Amber’s first day, she needs more training classes or she needs to retire and find a new occupation. I’m just being honest. I have been there several times and my prior hygienists have done an excellent job. Amber, however, seems to not like like her job. Going to the dentist is never an enjoyable experience..I get that. But the way Amber was poking my lips, gums and what not.. it’s definitely a no for me. She is very unfamiliar with her tools or maybe she needs some time off. I just hope no one else has to go through this experience. Only my professionalism kept me from cursing her out and I don’t normally curse. Not trying to get anyone fired or anything but someone please check on Amber. Two stars because she said “it was nice meeting you” and for the doctor telling me I have no cavities.
They called me with a dental treatment plan for my son that total a little over $700. They did not run my primary insurance nor my secondary insurance prior before calling. I paid $198 on the spot. His appointment was 8/8. They turned around and scheduled him for 8/12 & 8/14. The 12th I was to pay over $220 and the 14th over $305. I called the morning of 8/9 @8am and was advise someone from their insurance department was going to call me back. I called back at 2:30pm because no one called me back and my son had an appointment Monday and I wanted to take care of this billing issue before Monday. Well needless to say even after the nice women sent them another message to call . They NEVER called back. That’s bad business and unprofessional. They never called back but Monday expected for me to pay over $220. I’m still waiting for a call back. I had to cancel my son’s appointment because the billing issue has not been resolved.
Just awful !!!!
