Had very bad experience.been booked 23rd of sep 2019 for nerve freezing, got 15 minutes late due to traffic diversion.ive asked the receptionist if dentist still ok to do treatment she asked him he said yes he done my half treatment without concluding and told me at the end he wasn’t able to do full treatment and he didn’t put medicine, i need to book further appointment,which they booked me 21st of October. 24th of sep i phoned and told them its very painful and i am not able to hear anything from my ear the side treatment done by dentist I need an early appointment they didn’t gave any I went out of hours doctor he gave me antibiotics. I am suffering with severe aches and been waiting for 21st October. And when 21st came they phoned me and said we need to cancel appointment as dentist is off today .they offered me next appointment after one month. What the hell they doing with people.

Went there during the beginning of lockdown and there were two dentist. A male and female. Both of them had very strong accents and would speak really fast. Whenever I’d ask them to repeat themselves they would get very annoyed. Took them ages to figure out what my problem was and the customer service was horrible. Always felt so anxious going in again and again as they still hadn’t given me the treatment I needed. I had a tooth infection which kept on getting infected. I kept having to go in to be prescribed with medication again and again until one day, they randomly told me I had to remove it as it was too late to save the tooth. Wish they could’ve told me that sooner as I could’ve saved it. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

The worst dentist ever I will not recommend to no one to go there if you miss 3 appointments the just kick you out like that I have been registered with them for long time and just for not reaching on time they kick me out that’s not fair because this time people are struggling to register to dentist and they just kicking them out like that
