Having not been to a dentist in a several years and having dental issues since 2020 with no sign of getting into an NHS Dentist, I took the plunge to register with Harrowgate hill privately The reception staff were very friendly and helpful getting me registered, going through costs and signing me up to Denplan when I was ready. The dentist himself was unbelievably kind and patient and helped me soldier through my extreme fear of the dentist! He had such a calm and caring demeanor which helped me feel more at ease and he did a great job during my check up and when performing 2 fillings a few weeks later. Several hours after my fillings I have no pain or discomfort and my fear of the dentist is greatly reduced after such a positive experience!

Just wanted to take a moment to say a massive thank you for getting my tooth sorted in such a short notice. Had a brilliant interaction with Vicki from reception who went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I got booked in ASAP since I am pregnant and was in a lot of pain. She is definitely an asset to the practice. Also want to say thank you to Dr McQuaid who made me feel comfortable and explained everything in depth. Very happy with my visit, definitely friendly and professional service, I would recommend!

I have had very good experiences at Harrogate hill dental practise recently. No one really likes going to the dentist, but the friendly, professional and approachable nature of Catherine and Gail make the experience of any treatment a lot more pleasant. They are genuinely nice people who make you feel at ease straight away (and you almost forget you are at the dentist getting a treatment done.) Thanks for the great service ladies! The reception staff are always smiley and friendly too!
