Two stars for the front office. My patience has outgrown their stupidity. Front office needs a new manager to train their front office workers better. Front office lacks aloha, empathy and accurate billing estimates, accurate appointment scheduling and most importantly accountability for their mistakes. No apologies have been made to me for each and all of the inconveniences. They show no desire to change or improve their customer service protocols. It’s good that I have been a responsible customer and followed up with them and my insurance each time otherwise I would have been wasting my money overpaying the bill and coming in the office to unconfirmed appointments.

Terrible staff and service discriminatory unknowledgeable doctors they have no consideration for a patient’s time or feelings stay away! I arrived for my appointment and was told I would not be seen without any notification. When I had planned my day around the appointment and they wouldn’t give me a reason.

Wonderful, professional work done by Irish. It was my first time there and she was very thorough with everything, and even showed me what I need to do better or answered any concerning questions I had. Front office did really well and was very organized. Mom suggested this place and I see why.
