Terrible accommodations with the next appointment scheduling and there’s no souvenir anymore after my cleaning with any toothbrush/portable floss/travel size toothpaste like past visits. Of course,
it is not the main disappointment for this visit. The entire dental office does not have enough hygienists available next time to accommodate my schedule. Super inflexible with such a dental office with more than 20 rooms to use but i bet there were not even enough hygienists come in at 8am. Every appointment is limited with my two kids on Friday morning only because of the pediatric dentist limited availability and their school schedule. It’s understandable Dr. Lee needs time off with his family during holiday season in December as well. The staff does NOT care if i will be in the dental office half day on my next visit with teeth cleaning plus two fillings. I was told NOT allow to change dentist and seems they don’t value the customer time at all. I don’t know if I should request and set up the following appointments for upcoming 12 months ,18 months and even 24 months in advance because the staff including the manager there seem do NOT care at all and said this is what we have and it’s up to you if you take it or not. I am very disappointed with the attitude and service especially from the manager that I see her for many years before my first born. Just hope less and less people going to see this Honolulu office so more availability for our next visits, make sense, right?

Never again. Terrible office staff experience. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 5 years. I even wrote a glowing review after my first experience. And how am I treated by them? With total disregard. I was 8 minutes late to my appointment. I asked after I paid if the price included my X-rays, and she said no – we are canceling your X-rays for today because you were late. There’s a 10-minute late rule (which I just learned about). I then pointed out I met the threshold, as I was 8 minutes late. She brings over another staff member and then she says the same thing. I pointed out that I was supposed to get my X-rays last time, but the Dentist wasn’t in yet, so they canceled on me. She still didn’t care after she looked it up and saw my last x-ray was in 2022. Unbelievable. She offered for me to make another appointment to come back just for x-rays. I said no thank you. I am never coming back here again! What a lousy way to treat your customers.

My care was excellent! At my first appointment, I received prompt attention and left with multiple solutions for my dental care. During my follow up appointment, for a crown build and install, I couldn’t have asked for a better two-person team. The attention I received felt as though I had a dozen professionals all of which were the best in their Lines of Effort (LOE). A day after my procedure, I had nothing to complain about, everything was beyond my expectations. No pain, no discomfort, no dental deficiencies. Today, I am pleased to state that your team renewed my interest in seeking future dental care from this exact team. I can’t wait for my future consult. Mahalo, Ivan
