I found myself in a complete panic when my crown popped off today. When I called the office they had me scheduled within 2 hours. Within 20 minutes my crown was back on and I was on my way! Could not be happier with the friendly smiles and excellent care that I received! Dr Hernandez and his assistant were amazing. Once again, a huge shout out to that team for dealing with my dental anxiety and making me feel so comfortable!
Dr. Hernandez and staff are amazing!!! I broke a tooth on the top, front and didn’t feel comfortable going to work like that. I was so distraught!! I left a message on the emergency line and was in first thing the next morning to begin a crown restoration. I am an existing patient but to work me in to the schedule overnight meant the world to me. Thanks HD dental for going above and beyond!!
Friendly from the front door Carmen was very helpful in helping me become a new patient. Carrie the hygienist explained in great detail every step of the process and was very concerned regarding my comfort. Dr. Fox was also very pleasant and made sure I understood the plan.
