I have been going to this dentist since I was a teenager and words can’t describe my appreciation for Dr. Hosaka along with his team. They’re always SO GREAT!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, patient, personable, helpful, and understanding. I also have never had a bad experience with any hygienist I get. They never fail to be the best. In the several several years I’ve been going here I have not once had a bad experience. With anything. Dr. Cassis & Dr. Hosaka are dentist angels on earth and we’re all quite lucky to have doctors who CARE as they do!! Highly highly highly recommend!
I had a pain in sep 2023, Dr. hosaka didn’t understand the issue, he was trying to send me to his friend’s clinic, and he didn’t give me any medicine…
Then i did a cleaning for my teeth,
Dr. hosaka told me it’s covered with my insurance.
that’s was in sep 2023,
Now i’m shocked to hear that I have a balance. I was clearly told during my visit -which was was about 9 months ago- that my insurance covers everything and that I owe no money at all and after 9 months I receive a bill from them 140$

Sadly, Hosaka dental has gone down hill in the last year or so. There is a revolving door of employees who are not adequately processing in network insurance claims or payments. We’ve also experienced that hygienists are aggressive in pushing extra procedures. The final straw was when we called to confirm a routine appointment that I had scheduled 6 months in advance (at my last cleaning) and the appointment was not on their books- no apology & no attempt to accommodate me in a reasonable time frame.
