j’ai deja mis 5 etoiles au dr Beltrand qui me soigne depuis bientot 10 ans,et qui m’a fait plusieurs implants . Et je lui remets encore 5 etoiles ! Mais il n’en est pas de meme pour l’administratif. J’ai fini mon dernier implant en avril et regle le solde.En pointant ensuite, le devis avec les factures, je me suis rendue compte que j’avais paye 222EUR en double. J’ai passe plusieurs coups de fil, plusieurs mails a la responsable , avec comme seule reponse, vous avez fait 2 implants. Alors que j’avais fait uniquement 1 implant . j’ai demande que ce soit verifie avec le dentiste. Plus aucune reponse. Entre temps, je me suis fracturee 1 orteil. J’ai du me deplacer , 1h de marche aller-retour, avec une bequille, pour entendre ….. que j’avais raison et qu’on allait me rembourser ! Alors , attention, verifiez vos factures !
UPD. Due to the answer of the direction I need to clear something up. The doctor told me that my tooth was completely destroyed inside. And this was based just on the global x ray of my mouth without taking 15 separate pictures of each angle of my mouth as it was done in the other medical center. I am not sure that a tooth that is completely destroyed inside (carie 3 faces en francais) can be treated in 10 min without any anesthesia and with no any pain during the intervention.
They lie to you saying that you need some expensive teeth treatment suggesting you to pay 250 euro for the treatment of one caries and explaining that it is the latest technology. In the end I went to another center where 2 teeth were treated in 10 minutes with no local anaesthesia and all was taken in charge by social security and insurance.
Pas beaucoup d’attente et des rdv en urgences.
Par contre:
-le secretariat a perdu ma carte de mutuelle une fois
-Une autre fois, le secretariat a facture une consultation de generaliste pour une consultation dentaire aupres de la securite sociale.
Bref un reel probleme d’organisation au niveau du secretariat et qui n’est pas un incident isole, vus les echanges que j’ai entendus entre collegues.
N.B: le secretariat a tout de meme pris le temps de chercher ma carte mutuelle et l’a retrouvee, non sans peine: il l’avait remise a une autre patiente ( , donc merci la confidentialite, et le manque d’organisation ).
