Since my Dr left at the end of October, I cannot get anywhere with this clinic. They didn’t transfer us as patients (which was promised). Then they didn’t respond when I called about my medication being too expensive. Now, I can’t get good answers on who mine and my children’s primary care doctor will be. The one I was told we could see doesn’t even see pediatric patients, which the main office had to tell me! The last person I spoke to hung up on me. I called the main office, a note was supposed to have been sent to the manager on Monday and here it is Wednesday and I still haven’t heard from them. I called again and was pretty much told “I don’t know, I can’t do anything about that”. The doctors are great, administration not so much.

The doctors are fine, but whoever does there filing and record keeping is greatly falling short. EVERY time I bring my oldest in they claim I haven’t been there in awhile and need to fill out forms again. Which I did and then we went in recently and they claim she hasn’t been there I’m 2yrs and that there eye doctor who is a medical doctor doesn’t count.
Now we just need them to sign off she has had her shots for college and they won’t do it. A paper that would take 5mins to fill in a few dates and sign there name and it’s HER info. She has to be consider a new resident and can’t be seen till August and then would have to make a another doctor app JUST to sign a paper.

They Won’t refill an important prescription for my nebulizer treatments that I need DAILY but I only have enough left for two more treatments and I need these treatments DAILY. I tried telling my doctor there that I need it refilled and he says he’ll do it but NEVER does which is confirmed by my pharmacy. Do NOT recommend going here they even butcher pronouncing your name even after you show them how to pronounce it.
