Their policy now to require a payment to book an appointment is just ridiculous! No other doctor or dentist in down does that. Then they offer a prepayment discount but it only applies if you prepay one week or more ahead not just prior to them filing or billing, another ridiculous policy. It took them five days to call me back to book the appointment so there wasn’t even a seven day window available prior to my appointment. Although I had been told I would get the prepay discount, they did not honor because the person who told me that was off the day of my appointment and made no notes to my account. All and all the customer service at the front of the practice just stinks! They also had noted one of two teeth incorrectly for crowns. Good thing they mentioned right and left side before starting as they were both supposed to be on the right side! Most pain after a crown I have ever had and my mouth was numb for all of five hours after the completion of the 2.5 hour appointment. Impossible to eat or drink due to that. I will not return after using this practice for over 8 years. I am extremely sore the day following as well.

I had an awesome experience at Heart of Texas Smiles! I was impressed with Dr. Enneking’s skills and dental plan for me. He was very nice, explained everything, and made me feel very comfortable. His assistant Jackie was very caring and skilled. My hygienist Kaitlynn was also very gentle, caring, skilled, and did a thorough clean removing all the plaque. The staff was very cordial and friendly. The facility was very nice, clean, and updated. I will continue to go there for my dental care. Thank you everyone.
