How often is it that a patient is elated at finding their dentist? It took a few months as she had moved and professionalism dictated that the previous practice could not inform me where she had moved to. Having had experience of and with a number of dentists I had only known Dr H C for about a year but not only do I trust her , but she is compassionate and caring. Through one of her partners DR SW replying to emails on a weekend, i was able to join their practice.
The skill and expertise Dr H C has is excellent. She is confident but listens, answers questions and gives explanations plus a treatment plan. I am an NHS patient and always given all the options. I have even laughed at the dentists and for someone who is terrified and used to shaking at the idea, I can honestly say I even look forward to seeing her. (Past experiences with dentists have been traumatic) I know she is also a lecturer and for that I would say she should be bottled and if her students learn only a fraction of what she has to teach and guide them, they will be wonderful and their patients lucky.
I have found the receptionists and nurses to be professional , kind and helpful.
I travel a fair distance to see her and have no regrets. For those who may worry a little, there are comfortable armchairs and a toilet all with easy access. The cleanliness, health and hygiene is exemplary. Early for an appointment or just to relax there is a lovely walk close by on the beach within 2 minutes. I’m not saying it’s a holiday destination, i am stating that this practice has so much to offer. For their continuing care, I thank them.

I wanted to share my positive experience here today. I am petrified of the dentist and haven’t been for years after a bad experience at another local dentist. I cried at my first consultation! Today I was put totally at ease and treatment was really quick. Rosie and her dental nurse knew how nervous I where both amazing. Thank you for your kindness and assurance. My daughter comes here too and Rosie had always been amazing with her too.Lovely friendly staff. Thank you, I think you’ve cured my phobia!

I wanted to say a very big “thank you” to Dr Rosie Moss and her team today for their kindness and reassurance as I had two wisdom teeth extractions.
I have a genuine phobia about going to the dentist and always end up in tears.
I was in and out within 10 minutes. It was painless.
I would highly recommend this practice to anybody. All the members of staff I met were professional, friendly and extremely understanding.
