Dr. Heidrich (Skip): The Best in Dental Care!

I typically don’t write reviews because all businesses can have good and bad days but Dr. Heidrich has been consistently good for over 20 years. My wife and I have both been patients of Dr. Heidrich, father, and son (fondly known as Skip). Dr. Heidrich, Sr. is now retired and I enjoyed my visits with him.

That said, Dr. Heidrick (aka Skip) has continued to build on an exceptionally great dental practice! They are honest and don’t try to upsell or offer/require unnecessary work. The environment is very clean and pleasant. From the moment you walk in, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, and just the same on the way out.

I do not like to go to the dentist, however, Dr. Heidrich’s office makes me feel at ease and comfortable; In fact, I now go 3 times per year to do my cleanings. They explain everything clearly and always give me the time to plan procedures, with no pressure or need to rush on work needed.

Whenever I’ve had an unexpected visit, they fit me in as soon as they can or put me on their cancellation list.

Dr. Heidrich is a great place to get dental care, in fact, my daughters just started going to their office and they both had a good experience. Skip, is hilarious and is very good at his profession – he provides a personalized approach and is very knowledgeable. Our family lives in the Dr. Philips area and we drive to Winter Park to see him and pass a lot of dental offices.

As you can see, Dr. Heidrich’s office is a haven of advanced dental care, complemented by a warm and professional staff. Their genuine interest in our family’s well-being, coupled with state-of-the-art technology, sets them apart. And Skip is not just a dentist; he treats me like a trusted friend.

I’ve been a long time patient of this office. Skip is probably the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s a real joker and that really helps ease any nerves. I went from hating the dentist to not minding it at all. The hygienist and assistants are great and so are the front desk staff. What really sold me on making this my dentist years ago was that I came here for a second opinion, another dentist told me I was going to need like 12 fillings or something like that and I was so upset and felt terrible. So when I saw Skip and told him about it and he looked at my X-rays he said absolutely not! He gave me one filling and said I needed to floss more and get regular cleanings but he did not see a need to drill into half my teeth. I appreciated this so much and I haven’t had any issues since! One thing to note you typically must book pretty far in advance which is basically a thing everywhere but they are good at getting you in for emergencies! They are closed on Fridays.

My family and I have been going to Dr Heidrich Sr and then Jr for over 30 years and we have had nothing but great service and very sincere wonderful care. A persons mental outlook on dentists are generally not the best due to it being remembered as an uncomfortable long procedure. NOT TRUE HERE. We have always been made to feel important and relaxed.
Today I dreaded. I had chipped a piece off one of my front teeth and was sure I was going to have extensive repair done seeing as all my teeth both top and bottom are not strong to having a high fever as a child while they were developing. Dr Heidrich arranged to see me in less than 24 hours and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. My broken tooth was looked after as were the others that had become ragged and unsightly. I was amazed and so grateful . The new me, both confident relieved and feeling so much better now with a big relaxed smile courtesy of Dr Heidrich and staff. Many Blessing.
