No…I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE the hygienist came in the room smiling I thought she was gonna be nice but I was mistaken by a not again I want fall for it…I told her it’s painful I was getting an cleaning I said could I have a break cause I have sickle cell disease an I’m already in pain! She said….well it’s going to be discomfort an told me to lay back keep my mouth open but don’t speak ..I told her after she continued to make it PAINFUL I said I’m fine,I’m done I don’t want it. An I go through pain in my life but the arrogance of the women hygienist was disrespectful. I told them I don’t think I’m coming back! An my mother spoke to the bosses cause she had the same experience with this WOMEN hygienist so she needs to be removed for awhile she might be going through something. I wouldn’t recommend her.
The lovely woman, Mary, who did my cleaning was awesome! this was my first visit to the dentist in a LONG time because of an irrational fear that was hard for me to overcome. I was dizzy and literally sweating in the waiting room because of the fear, but Mary was so personable and friendly that she put me at ease right away!
I needed a referral to a Periodontist, so I didn’t spend much time with Dr. Megan but when I did see her she was friendly and professional!
It was my first visit and it was a great one! Beautiful office staff was friendly. My wait wasn’t long at all and my hygienist Christine made my mouth feel like a million bucks. I’ve never experienced a hygienist be that gentle and yet so through. I experienced no pain the entire time she cleaned my teeth. She was awesome and very friendly. The Doctor that examined me was also very friendly. Overall I would highly recommend Heights Family Dental.
