Since a kid the dentist office has terrified me. No one in new iberia or Lafayette could get me to open my mouth, even for a cleaning. I was referred all the way to New Orleans dental school. It lasted a while until the trips became a nuisance. Due to fear, I steered clear of any dental work. I was also convinced that because I had sparkly pearly white teeth, I shouldn’t have anything to worry about. Spoiler alert, I WAS WRONG. I went in to see Dr. Daly and immediately her team responded and respected my concerns, so much so as if they were their own. I was relieved to say the least, after 7 years of avoiding it. There was much to be done, and with that comes a great amount of bills to accompany it. I’m not rich by any means, I am a 22 year old with no savings and a substantial amount of debt. They truly understood where I was coming from and the worry about my financial situation. They are very supportive and helpful in giving you plenty of options to get your work done and options to get your bill settled. I highly recommend them!! I am paralyzed by the sounds of the instruments used in a dental office, BUT they quickly solved my issue with a pair of Bluetooth headphones. I was able to connect my phone and play my own music! I was completely impressed and speechless. To know they had prepared for every and any situation during my visit! What I love most here is that I feel seen, I feel heard, and I feel SAFE. They have given me countless reasons to trust them. If you don’t believe me, give them a chance to see for yourself.

I must say this Office is the best I have ever been to.. The atmosphere is so amazing. The office vibes are so full of life and love for everyone. Dr. Henagan is amazing. Explains everything to you as he does things to your mouth. I was just there yesterday having my teeth deeply cleaned. My hygienist was the best I have ever had. I even hugged her after She was done to show her my appreciation of her being so caring of myself and well being. So compassionate and so full of concern of the patient. She made sure that I was not in any pain what’s so ever. All I had to do was make a face and she knew that it was hurting and she would stop ask me if I was ok. So concerning — I was so nervous and she calmed me down and said everything will be ok. The whole staff is amazing. Mrs. Gina in Financing is the best. She explains everything to where you can understand it. Mrs. Brooke in the front so friendly… By all everyone in this office so full of joy and all so friendly.. Its like one big Happy Family in this office… I would recommend this Office to everyone. It’s hard to find a good Denist like this anymore. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! THANKS DR. Growing up I had a terrible experience with a different dentist, and I was afraid to visit any. So I took as best of care as I could but knew I needed to have them check my teeth out. I came to Henagan Team Dentistry and explained my situation to Doc Henagan and Doc Daly, and they listened and have taken care of me ever since that initial conversation. They paired me with the right ladies for cleanings, and I’ve even gotten Invisalign through them. I’ve been here for years and have recommended numerous people to them! They do great work and the staff have become friends along the way! If you’re thinking about switching, or finding a dentist, I recommend everyone to come and see them.
