This is my second implant done at Hermitage Dental Practice and on both occasions, I was very happy with the results. Dr Dumitru and the team are very professional, they will answer all your questions and listen to your concerns regarding dental implants. Throughout the entire procedure, they talked to me to ensure I was not feeling any pain or discomfort. The team checked up on me the day following the procedure to ensure everything was fine. I am very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering dental implants. Even if the dental practice is an hour’s drive away from me, choosing Hermitage Dental Practice is the best decision I’ve ever made.

Great dental treatment from the Hermitage Practice. Mel our dentist always gives a great personal service, talking you through the treatment and making sure you are comfortable.
A special mention to Dorina, in over 30 years of going to a hygienist, she is the best I have ever used, you don’t come out of the chair feeling as you have been in a wrestling match. The quality of her work is very good, without the bleeding gums and pain you can usually experience. Highly recommended.
Overall the experience at the Hermitage is outstanding, from the moment you meet the reception staff, through to the surgery their customer focus cannot be faulted.

First time visiting the practice yesterday, receptionist are brilliant, they make you feel welcome and friendly and give you all the information you need. My dentist Dr Usman was fantastic, explained everything clearly with the scans, xrays and scale and polish. Any questions, he answered. Made me feel at ease. Great practice all round. Such an amazing team.
Also did a visit with my young children, they was all very patient and understanding. It was a postivie visit. I would highly recommend this practice!
