I had a Somnowell device fitted by Dr Black at HDC to help reduce my snoring. The process started with a referral from Somnowell as Dr Black is an approved fitter. He arranged to call me for an initial phone consultation to ensure it was the right solution for me. I then arranged a moulding appointment where they took several 3d scans and moulds of my mouth to have the appliance made to order. After it was ready, Dr Black called me in to fit the device. It was a quick appointment where I was taught how to use and maintain the device. The whole staff there were friendly and welcoming.

Since using my Somnowell Mandibular Advancement Device, I’ve been getting much better sleep and my partner reports she is no longer troubled by loud snoring. I measured my snoring on a snoring app, and I’ve gone from a “snore score” of 83/100 to just 10/100 overnight!

I grew up going to this practice when it was The Hudson’s, and having come back after more than 10 years living and working abroad (and not seeing a dentist in all that time…) the team here are great! Saw Stuart and Lindsay for 2 separate visits. Excellent care, lovely team, I thoroughly recommend them! (I’ll definitely be back sooner this time)
