John and his team are lovely, they care for you and respect your limitations without any hesitation. My husband would never go to a dentist until I took him to mine and they were brilliant, he now goes without hesitation. I have had this dental practice since the late 80’s and I have never had any problems with them. I would highly recommend this dentist, I just wish they would take on new clients as my in-laws are interested in joining.
Tried to make an appointment as a new patient on a Monday morning, phone went straight to answering machine so I left a message to return my call, no response, so I emailed them from the Web address on their website explaining what I had already done; still no reply either by email or phone and that was almost 2 weeks ago. Terrible customer service! Practice needs up skilling to 21st century methods of communication!
