The staff was alright, not mean but definitely didn’t stuck out. So no complains there. The service tho. Absolute garbage! I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this place absolutely deserves it. I went there during 2016-2019 and I was told that I had 4 cavities. They were able to fill 2 in before I moved to the valley. Not only was the job they did on me horrendous, as in they either over or under filled it making it so uncomfortable to eat but they apparently lied too! Upon going to a new dentist I was told that I had no cavities. So where did the other 2 go? Did they magically disappear or what? I’m so disgusted thinking that maybe I didn’t even have a single cavity and they just wanted more money. Not to mention that till this day I can’t eat certain foods because of how incredibly sensitive my two teeth get. Please don’t go to this place. There’s so many other other dentists in the AV and I bet they’re way better than this one. Oh and not to mention that while I had my braces on for a bit over half a year, they gave me a call to tell me that they have an availability to put them on me.

So this Dentist was by far the WORST office I have ever been too , I was in the army too and had so many experiences with great offices , Great service, but this office I had an appointment at 4pm for xrays , mind you we had confirmed everything before I got there with my insurance and had everything good to go due to me having severe pain in my back tooth , the ” SCHECULING MANAGER said her name was Cristela and she was the manager at the moment ” stated that it was not her job to call the insurance and verify the customers info . They had me sit in the office waiting for my consultation for more than 1 hr . Finally after 6:30 pm I asked is anyone gunna see me ? And they gave me the ugliest attitude ever ! Unbelievable and disgusting ! I never leave a review for anything but this office is the worst ! Wasted a full day of work for this . Rudest thing I have ever expierenced .

The staff was extremely helpful & catered to my moms needs. My mom had an amazing experience with Vero who made her feel comfortable & trustworthy. Dr. Carlee was also amazing and really gentle with her. We are happy to go back for the rest of my moms treatment.
