Went there for a consultation, and X-rays –
that part went well! It sounds great, but I have to be sure that I can definitely get this work done in a timely manner, and be able to meet their criteria (which is not signed in stone, yet – apparently another consultation is required, if I’m deciding towards implants, rather than bridges, or extractios)…My “fingers are crossed”, that I will be a happy customer, and totally out of pain!
I was lost, looking for this place, 2 days in s row – apparently the directions are incorrect in the navigator, and their office may need to consider providing good directions to the patients.
Hopefully, once I’m through, I can give them a 5 star rating.

Hickory Flat Dental is second to no other dental experience that I have had in my life. Dr. Lee is excellent in all areas of dentistry that I have needed. From the first day I walked into Hickory Dental after the Covid lockdown (my former dentist had retired), Dr. Lee has managed my dental care with knowledge, experience, insight and care. His entire staff is amazing in their excellence, experience, care for their patients and communication. I would recommend them highly for anyone needing dental care!

First of all, they are so quick to book an appointment with! Although they are full, they make sure to get back to you when there’s a cancellation. My dental hygienist Kelley was wonderful. She was kinds, funny and down to earth. She did such a great job with deep cleaning my teeth and hearing my needs. The assistant Alex did my X-Rays and she was very understanding as well when I had a hard time with the procedure. Loved their honest and helpful guidance too!
