Don’t get me wrong, the service was great for my first time receptionist nice the entire staff was professional. I went as an emergency to get my tooth pull. They were about to see me same day and extract the tooth the same day as well. They numbed my gums etc. however before leave I asked for them to prescribe something for pain or possibly infection he stated Tylenol should do the trick. So two days later after only drinking water, my gum has an infection and is in extreme pain.

I had a wonderful experience at Dental partners, the the staff was friendly and helpful. DR.Larry was just wonderful he explained everything to me and he told me what I needed to do. To correct the problem and then we will go from there if the former Dental facility had talk to me about this I would have had a better outcome. But Dr.Higginbotham have fix all that and I’m on a better journey with my Dental Health. THANKS Dr. HIGGINBOTHOM.

I am not your normal patient. I have Lupus which can cause diffrent needs when having dental work done. I have never felt more at ease with any dentist I have been to. The office staff is amazing and chairside went above and beyond. Dr. Higginbotham kept me informed with what he was doing. I highly recommend them, the great team work puts the patient’s concerns first.
